Bar Removal Process

I had the bar in for 5 years, the last four were a breeze. I was 28 when I had the bar removed. It was 100% covered by my insurance. Dr. Nuss did the procedure again and was so happy to see me back! The bar was removed and I was out of the hospital the next day. The actual surgery was totally painless (waking up and all). I had minimal pain and mostly just discomfort for the next two weeks. I was back to work within a week and running/working out again after 2-3 weeks. My chest looks amazing!

UPDATE: It's been a year since I had the bar removed and only my friends ever know I had it done. I have very small, light scars on my sides.
