You will be following workout programs fitted to you, your training experience & your case of Pectus Excavatum. Your routine will be laser focused on making your case of Pectus as least noticeable as possible by targeting key areas like the inner chest, lower chest, back & obliques that when developed result in a flatter looking chest, ribs & straight posture.
Training abs is a key part for improving the look of your pectus because strong abs and obliques will tighten the rib flare and potbelly associated with Pectus. I will provide you with several ab regimes that I have utilised to help me get a six pack & minimise my rib flare & potbelly.
You cannot grow your muscle without adequate nutrition. Therefore Nutrition is a VERY important part of fixing Pectus. You will be eating a high protein diet to facilitate muscle growth! I will educate you on everything there is to know about what to eat & when to build muscle. You will be given meal suggestions, supplementation recommendations & more!
Stretching is a key component for improving pectus because the sunken chest appearance is further emphasised by poor posture associated with the condition. Therefore an important part of improving pectus involves improving posture, increasing the mobility and flexibility of the spine, and lengthening and stretching tight chest muscles. You will be given a list of exercises to do exactly that!
Your program will be written and followed on an app. This makes following the workouts an easy process & will keep accountability high. I will get a notification for every workout you do & will assess and provide feedback on your sessions. There will be a lot of contact and feedback from me.em.

If you are a beginner it will start with just 3-4 times per week of resistance training, that's it! The amount of training will increase throughout the program. There's also a stretching and rib flare minimization ab routines you will be doing separately to the resistance training.
No, I also do at-home programming for bodyweight & resistance band workouts and also workouts with Dumbbells, resistance bands, a pull-up bar & an inclinable bench.
Given that my programming is extremely laser focused and strategic to pectus, you will start to see results fast. Within the first 2 weeks, you should look & feel better. Within 1-2 months your chest will grow, your posture will straighten, your muscles will develop, your abs will tighten & your pectus will be less noticeable. That is, if you follow everything that I programmed for you precisely.
