You will be following workout programs fitted to you, your training experience & your case of Pectus Excavatum. Your routine will be laser focused on making your case of Pectus as least noticeable as possible by targeting key areas like the inner chest, lower chest, back & obliques that when developed result in a flatter looking chest, ribs & straight posture.

AB REGIMES FOR RIB FLARE

Training abs is a key part for improving the look of your pectus because strong abs and obliques will tighten the rib flare and potbelly associated with Pectus. I will provide you with several ab regimes that I have utilised to help me get a six pack & minimise my rib flare & potbelly.

NUTRITION FOR LEAN MUSCLE

You cannot grow your muscle without adequate nutrition. Therefore Nutrition is a VERY important part of fixing Pectus.  You will be eating a high protein diet to facilitate muscle growth. I will educate you on everything there is to know about what to eat & when to build muscle. You will be given meal suggestions, supplementation recommendations & more! 

STRETCHING AND BREATHING EXERCISES

Stretching is a key component for improving pectus because the sunken chest appearance is further emphasised by poor posture associated with the condition. Therefore an important part of improving pectus involves improving posture, increasing the mobility and flexibility of the spine, and lengthening and stretching tight chest muscles. You will be given a list of exercises to do exactly that!

You will be added to a private group with other Pectus Warriors just like you, starting this challenge in January 2021. You will become a part of a community of others who also have Pectus and have chosen to do everything possible to not let this condition get the better of them. The groups will include a Facebook group & Whatsapp chat group.

My goal for every single person that signs up is to achieve an AMAZING TRANSFORMATION. To ensure this happens I have made support & accountability a priority. This way you will not have to be coached by me forever. Instead you will be able to make educated decisions about your training and food intake after following my course.

CHALLENGE DETAILS

The challenge will start in January 2021. Applications are open throughout January. To start your application you must first book a video call with Riley so that he can make sure you are a good fit for the challenge.  The challenge is limited to 50 people as Riley will be personally coaching each of you so apply today and don't miss out. As soon you sign up you can start your training so the sooner you sign up the more time you have to transform before February 2022.

This is a 1-year Challenge, within that year you will be given 10 different 5 week programs from me. Why? because I want to see you fix your pectus & I want to help you do it as fast and effectively as you can in a sustainable manner. Within a year you will have had enough time to completely transform your body & improve your pectus regardless of your starting point. 1 year of consistent training will give you life-changing results where you are so proud in your body, so confident in yourself & most importantly you have created a new lifestyle & new habits that you can continue forever. 

You will win a Pectus Warriors T-Shirt & a day of training & hanging with Riley. Riley will fly you out to his hometown, the beautiful Byron Bay in Australia or if that doesn't work he can hopefully come to you. 

A winner will be chosen based on the best transformation. This will be assessed by comparing a before and after video of your physique & your pectus condition. Additionally, you will submit a video explaining how the year challenge has changed you not only physically but mentally as well. 

If you are a beginner it will start with just 3-4 times per week of resistance training, that's it!

The amount of training varies as not everyone is assigned the same program, instead, you will be given a program that will fit you, your case of Pectus, your training experience & your availability.

It is important to note that the volume of training will increase with each new training program to ensure you are always building muscle as fast as you can. Therefore, it is expected that by the end of the challenge you can make it to the gym 6 days a week.

You will also have separate 10-20 minute stretching and rib flare minimization ab regimes to perform daily to every second day dependent on your condition.

No, there is an option to do this challenge at home but you will need to buy some equipment. Dumbbells, resistance bands & a bench.

My programs are designed to induce the most powerful and fast paced sustainable change to the appearance of your body and pectus condition.

Given that my programming is extremely laser focused and strategic to pectus, you will start to see results fast. Within the first 2 weeks, you should look & feel better. Within 1-2 months your chest will grow, your posture will straighten, your muscles will develop, your abs will tighten & your pectus will be less noticeable. 

However, the longer you train the better the results, my transformation has been years in the making. Hence why this transformation challenge is a year in length.

A 5 week training program & coaching phase with me is normally $299USD but in this challenge you will get my services for 50% off so each phase of training will be $150USD. To be eligible for the challenge you will need to train for the entire year which will be 10 different phases.
